NetNavi Collab: FreezeMan.EXE

This piece was made for a Twitter MegaMan Battle Network collab, and I really enjoyed it! Drawing FreezeMan was an experience, but my favorite parts were the ice crystals and the background. Bright colors are my jam! Same with shiny things. (Finished on: ‎Saturday, ‎July ‎11, ‎2020)
