A unique regional variant I made for the Shinx line! The line is inspired by the constellation Leo and the Finland Coat of Arms!

During starry nights, it works on guiding shooting stars to help them have a safe journey down to Earth. Upon hearing people’s reactions to the stars, it gains eternal grace and happiness.

After evolving, it is said that Luxio is given the duty to receive wishes and send them up to the sky, to where they can be granted. Sometimes Luxio has been seen soaring with them, which was perceived as a prince riding a noble steed.
